Our client, a WA-owned manufacturer and supplier of precast concrete products, is seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Patcher to take lead in this area and join their team at the Naval Base facility. This is an ongoing role offering excellent rates and a pathway to permanency.
 
The Role:
Working within a busy precast facility, your key duties will include:

• Perform concrete panel repairs, including preparation, patching, finishing, protection
• Follow all safety procedures, use mandatory PPE (masks), and keep work areas tidy
• Complete repair documentation, photos, batch details, and required sign-offs
• Supporting other areas of production as required

About You
To be successful, you must be experienced in the patching of all concrete panels including colour.  Colour matching is crucial for this role.
 
Other duties will include: 

• Proven experience as a concrete repairer / patcher (precast or commercial environment)
• Experienced in working with coloured concrete (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality finishes
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
• Physical fitness and the ability to pass a medical + drug & alcohol screen  

Hours & Pay

• Monday to Friday | 5:00am - 3:30pm (approx.)
• $55.00 per hour + potential Saturday work
• Consistent hours, great team, and long-term stability
