Factory Hand / Installation Assistant
Wangara Location
$33.12/Hr + Penalties + Super
Monday – Thursday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM & Friday 7 AM – 1 PM (short day on Fridays!)
  
Our client is a reputable national company that manufactures high-quality wardrobes, shower screens, mirrors and splashbacks. Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking a factory hand/installation assistant to join their Wangara workshop.   
  
The role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to build a long-term career in a well-established company. Full training is provided, with the opportunity to progress into an installer role as you gain more experience, as our client is looking for someone who they can invest in long-term.
  
Job Duties:
This role will see you start off with training in our clients factory, before moving up to an assistant installation role where you will be driving the work vehicle to various clients across the Perth Metro Area to assist with installations.
  
General responsibilities include:

• Operating glass cutting machinery and preparing materials.
• Operating and using hand and power tools.
• Loading and delivering materials to site.
• Assisting installers with unloading and installing wardrobes, shower screens, and other materials.
• Lifting and manual handling.
• Full training is provided!

Requirements:

• Physically fit for manual labouring and lifting up to 25kgs.
• Previous experience in a factory, workshop or labouring experience (hand & power tool experience is desirable).
• Current Driver's Licence and Reliable Transport.
• Full Australian working rights.
