Location: Rockingham Workshop | Projects across Henderson & Kwinana
Pay Rate: $60/hr casual | Temp to Perm Opportunity
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am - 4pm
 
Our client is a well-established company delivering industrial construction projects across Henderson and Kwinana. They're looking for a reliable, hands-on Formworker / Concrete Finisher who's happy to get stuck in across a range of tasks.
 
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and doesn't mind helping out wherever needed. Especially if you have experience with concreting or concrete finishing.
 
What You'll Be Doing

• Setting up formwork and handling structural carpentry
• Assisting with concrete pours and finishing
• Building tanks, walls, stairways, sheds, roofs, and more
• Supporting projects from start to finish
• Working closely with a small team, pitching in wherever needed

The team usually meets at the East Rockingham workshop each morning and heads out to site together, so you're part of a crew that looks out for each other.

• Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 4:00pm (10-hour days)

What We're Looking For

• Experience in concrete finisher, formwork, or similar construction work
• Trade qualifications aren't essential - experience and attitude matter most
• Hardworking, reliable, and safety-focused
• Happy to work in a small team and help out wherever needed

Requirements

• Construction White Card
• Concrete Qualification (highly desirable)
• Driver's Licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
