Our client is a well-established and growing organisation delivering projects across engineering, construction, and industrial sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. 
 
This is a key role responsible for overseeing the full contract lifecycle across multiple projects, ensuring commercial outcomes are achieved while mitigating risk and maintaining strong client relationships. 
 
This opportunity is open to both full-time and part-time candidates (minimum 3 days / 24 hours per week).
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage the full contract lifecycle from tender through to project completion
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and variations
• Provide commercial guidance to project teams and senior stakeholders
• Monitor claims, variations, and dispute resolution processes
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual and commercial requirements

 
About You: 

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Administrator role
• Strong understanding of contract law, commercial risk, and procurement processes
• Experience with engineering, construction, infrastructure, or industrial environments
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
