Our client is delivering a range of local civil projects and is seeking experienced Final Trim and Earthworks Operators to join the team. This is a great opportunity to secure consistent local work with strong hourly rates and additional allowances.

Local Civil Projects Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast/
$43 per hour + Penalties

Immediate Start

The Role:
Operate machinery across final trim and general earthworks on civil projects
Carry out detailed final trim work to specification
Assist with bulk earthworks, site prep, and finishing works
Work across a variety of civil sites including roads and subdivisions
Follow site safety procedures and project requirements
Work within a team to meet deadlines and maintain productivity

What do you require to be successful in this position:
• Proven experience in final trim and earthworks operations
• Experience working on civil construction projects
• Relevant plant operating tickets and licences
• Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
• Strong attention to detail for final trim work
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
