Pearl Recruitment is currently seeking a Junior Administration Assistant / Receptionist to join our client, a well-established service provider based in Malaga. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in administration within a supportive office environment where training and guidance will be provided.
This position would suit someone looking to step into their first office-based role. Our client is looking for someone with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to assist with general office operations.
The role:
This is a full-time permanent position based in Malaga, working closely with the Administration Manager and supporting the wider team with day-to-day office duties. You will play an important role in keeping the office organised and assisting with general administrative tasks.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm, with an earlier finish on Fridays (6:30am – 2:30pm)!
Key responsibilities:
