Our client, a WA-owned manufacturer and supplier to the construction and building industry, is currently seeking an experienced Production Administrator to join their team based in South Guildford.
The Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, who is based onsite within the brick manufacturing facility, this role will provide day-to-day administrative support across production and maintenance operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Data entry and transferring information across internal systems
Using Microsoft Office, primarily Word and Excel
Recording and maintaining workplace safety data
Supporting compliance with safety policies and procedures
General administrative duties as required
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you will be someone who can work autonomously and is comfortable operating within an industrial environment (including wearing steel-capped boots and hi-vis PPE). You will also bring:
Previous experience in a similar administrative role
Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
Availability to work Monday to Friday
Ability to commence within the next 1-2 weeks (ideal)
A current driver's licence and reliable transport
What's on Offer
$35.80 per hour + super (casual)
6 AM to 2PM - 4 days per week between Monday and Friday (can be any 4 days)
Potential for permanency for the right candidate
