Job Title: HR Advisor / Generalist
Location: West Perth (with occasional site travel - short visits, not FIFO)
Salary: $100, 000 - $130, 000 + super (depending on experience)

The Role
We're seeking an experienced, hands-on HR Advisor to work closely with the HR Manager, supporting operational and site-based teams as part of a collaborative and practical HR function. This is a broad generalist role with a strong operational focus, covering the employee lifecycle including onboarding and contracts through to training coordination, reporting, and recruitment support.
This role will suit someone who takes a considered, structured approach to HR and is comfortable working through matters logically and objectively. While you'll occasionally assist with employee relations matters, the role is primarily focused on day-to-day HR operations and people processes rather than complex or high-risk case management.
You'll be trusted to manage your workload independently, provide clear and factual advice to stakeholders, and contribute to a stable and consistent HR presence across the business. For the right person, this role offers an excellent opportunity to continue developing and progress into a future 2IC position.
