Landscaper Labourer
Location: Sumner, QLD (work across surrounding suburbs as required)
Hours: Monday to Friday. Full time. 6:00am Start.
Rate: $32-$38 per hour + super
 
Pearl Recruitment is partnering with a well-regarded landscaping business delivering maintenance and landscaping services across residential, commercial, and government sites. Due to ongoing work, they are seeking a Landscaper  to join their team.
 
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is physically fit, and wants to build practical skills in landscaping and garden maintenance. This a great opportunity to start a career in landscaping and garden maintenance!
 
About the role
You'll support senior landscapers with day-to-day maintenance and site work, including lawn care, garden upkeep, and general labouring tasks. 
 
Duties include:

• Lawn mowing, edging, and whipper snipping
• Weeding, pruning, planting, and mulching
• General grounds and open-space maintenance
• Site clean-up and rubbish removal
• Loading and unloading tools, plants, and materials
• Assisting with turfing, irrigation, and basic landscaping works

What we're looking for:

• Passion in landscaping or gardening
• Good attitude and willingness to learn
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport
• Full Australian Working Rights
• Ability to pass a drug & alcohol test
