We are looking for a seasoned Instrument, Control, and Communication (ICCS) Leader to drive the engineering, commissioning, and optimization of advanced control systems in a dynamic process plant environment.
 
The Role:

• Lead the integration and performance tuning of Emerson DCS systems.
• Ensure smooth communication between vendor PLC systems and the DCS, troubleshooting as needed.
• Collaborate with suppliers to confirm interface functionality of PLC or standalone systems.
• Diagnose and resolve control system or network performance issues in complex plant environments.

Role Requirements:

• Degree-qualified in Instrumentation & Control, Software, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
• 8+ years' experience in ICCS engineering and commissioning, ideally with Emerson DCS (or similar).
• Practical knowledge of Siemens PLC integration using Profibus, Modbus, OPC-UA, and DNP3 protocols (highly desirable).
• Skilled in network design, programming, and system optimization.
• Experience in process plant operations, maintenance, and control strategy implementation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to work effectively with project teams, management, and external vendors.
