Project Administrator
$65,000 - $70,000 + Super (Full Time - Pending Experience)
South Perth Location  

Our client is an industry leader in the landscaping, construction and residential sector. Due to continued ongoing growth, our client is seeking a Project Administrator to join their dynamic team.  

If you are eager to break into the construction industry, this position could be for you!  

Job Duties:

• Provide efficient routine administration to the team, assisting with raising purchase orders, subcontractor/supplier invoices, and reconciliation.
• Manage project documentation, including tenders, reports, permits, licences and other general applications.
• Updating clients, suppliers and contractors on project schedules.
• Update variations, claims and project processes.
• Any ad hoc duties as required by management.

  Requirements:

• Previous office administration experience, ideally within project administration.
• Proficient understanding of Microsoft suite products.
• A team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Drivers licence and full Australian working rights.
