Business Development Manager
$80,000 - $85,000 + Super + Bonuses (Pending Experience)
Kewdale Location
5 Weeks Paid Annual Leave
Optional 9 Day Fortnight OR One Day Off Per Month     
 
Our client is an employer of choice, and leading distributer of prestige access equipment that operates on a national scale. As a result of ongoing and sustained growth, they are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to assist their growing team.     
 
What will this position see you responsible for?
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:

• Proactively identifying and pursuing potential business opportunities and maintain existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations
• Stay informed on market trends, competitors and customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction is met.
• Attending relevant networking events and seeking new leads.   

What do you need to succeed in this role?
To be suitable for this role, you will need to possess the following:

• Previous experience in a similar position with B2B Sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders in a professional manner.
• Ability to pass a full medical and drug and alcohol test (required for the position). 
• Full working rights.
