Our client is an employer of choice, and leading distributer of construction equipment that operates on a national scale, with 500+ employees across Australia. As a result of ongoing and sustained growth, they are currently seeking an Administrator to join their growing team.   

What will this position entail?
This role will see you responsible for working within our clients Warranty Department, responsible for the below:

• Process and submit warranty claims, ensuring all required documentation and details are accurately completed.
• Reconcile warranty-related transactions and accounts while monitoring active cases and technical updates.
• Identify parts and pricing using internal tools and technical manuals to support warranty and service operations.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve claims.
•  Any other general administrative support such as invoicing, processing quotes and raising purchase orders.

• Previous experience within an admin role within the mechanical or construction industry.
