Our client is a mid-sized engineering consultancy servicing the resources sector. They are currently seeking a versatile HR Administrator to join their team on a full-time or part-time basis. Based in West Leederville, this role supports internal HR operations across the business. This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity with an immediate start available.

The Role
This position will see you supporting day-to-day HR administration and people operations, including:

• Assisting with recruitment administration and coordination
• Supporting onboarding and new starter processes
• Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
• Responding to employee and management HR queries
• Assisting with performance management processes
• Supporting training, development, and employee wellbeing initiatives
• Assisting with company events and internal HR projects
• Supporting the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
• Employee tracking, reporting, and general HR administration

Requirements
To be suitable for this role, you will need to demonstrate:

• A minimum of 1 year's experience in a HR or HR administration role
• A sound understanding of Australian employment legislation, NES, and Modern Awards
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A professional and discreet approach when handling confidential information
• Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and automously
• Full Australian working rights
• Ability to start immediately

Role Details

• Location: West Leederville
• Employment Type: Part-time (minimum 3 days per week / 24 hours) or full-time considered
• Hours: Monday to Friday
• Salary: $35 p/h + super (negotiable depending on experience)
