Pearl Recruitment is seeking an experienced General Hand / Landscape Labourer for our client, a popular family entertainment venue near Spearwood. This ongoing role offers opportunities for skill development and stable hours with flexibility.
 
General Hand / Landscape Labourer 
Spearwood Location 
Monday to Friday, Part Time Hours
Flexible Start / Finish Times 
$35 - $40hr + super (pending experience) 
Long-term temp to perm opportunity
 
The Role:
This role will see you taking part in a multitude of duties including but not limited to:

• Maintaining lawns and grounds through mowing, whipper snipper operation, weeding, fertiliser application, and general upkeep
• Operating machinery including bobcats and excavators for site preparation and landscaping tasks
• Paving and concreting as needed
• Carrying out reticulation and irrigation system installation and maintenance
• Conducting landscaping duties such as new planting, garden bed creation, deadheading, pruning, and removal of shrubs and plants as needed
• Performing other manual tasks including shovelling, digging, rubbish removal, garden waste disposal, cobweb clearing, and debris cleanup
• Undertake other basic repairs and routine maintenance of grounds and landscape features

 
Requirements:
For this role, you will be required to possess the following:

• Minimum C class drivers' licence 
• Construction white card
• Previous experience working as a General Hand / Landscaper (minimum 1 year)
• Tickets for bobcat and excavator operation (advantageous not essential) 
• Physically fit and able to complete manual labour
• Comfortable working outdoors with changing weather conditions
• Ability to pass a medical and drug and alcohol test
• Full working rights
