The Role
We’re seeking a reliable and motivated Dispatch / Warehouse All-Rounder to join a supportive and dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in warehousing and logistics within a company that values growth and teamwork.

What You’ll Need

• Current forklift licence with solid operating experience (Toyota 3T counterbalance)
• Ideally hold or be working towards a Certificate III in Warehousing/Logistics (support provided)
• Basic computer and admin skills
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug/alcohol screen

Key Duties

• Operate forklifts for loading/unloading trucks and moving stock
• Receive, label, wrap, and scan pallets into inventory system
• Pick, pack, and prepare deliveries
• Coordinate with external warehouses (3PL) and internal teams to ensure smooth supply
• Perform stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records
• Prepare paperwork including pick lists, load sheets, and driver dockets

Hours & Pay

• Monday to Friday rotating shifts: 6am–2pm or 10am–6pm
• $37.42 per hour + super, with penalty rates for overtime
