Accounts Receivables Officer 
South Guildford Location 
Monday to Friday, Full-Time Hours 
Initial 3 Month w/ Possibility of Extension
$45-50/hr + Super (Negotiable Based on Experience)    
  
Our client is leading equipment manufacturer with a specialisation in mining and construction equipment. Due to internal movements, they are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivables Officer to join their team. This role offers a 3-month initial contract. For the right candidate there is possibility of extension or ongoing work.   
  
What will this role see you doing? 
Reporting to the Credit Supervisor, key duties will include:

• Record and allocate incoming customer payments accurately and on time
• Update and maintain customer remittance details and payment records
• Investigate and fix unmatched or incorrectly applied payments
• Process remittances using a semi-automated, AI-assisted system
• Assist with improving payment and reconciliation processes
• Work with Credit Officers on day-to-day tasks
• Complete general admin duties for the Credit team

What do you need to be successful for this role? 
To be suitable for this role, you will need to possess the following:

• Strong AR/credit experience and negotiation skills
• Experience in performing high volume reconciliations and problem solving
• Ability to hit the ground running and high attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
• Full working rights in Australia and ability to obtain a police clearance
