Our client is a leading Australian safety eyewear brand which focuses on the innovation, comfort and style of safety glasses. They are currently seeking a Temporary Admin Administrator to assist with their business restructure.
 
Osborne Park Location
$35/hr
Monday to Friday (Flexibility on hours)
25-30/hrs per week
Casual position with the potential of permanency for the right candidate
 
The Role:

• Taking phone calls
• Following up with clients
• General admin duties
• Ad Hoc tasks
• Organising documentation
• Updating client details

Requirements:

• Over 5 years’ administration experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced software knowledge – specifically Xero 
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Great attitude and enjoying working as part of a close-knit team
