We’re seeking an experienced and confident HR Advisor to support the delivery of fair and effective workplace practices across a large workforce. Working closely with the HR Manager, you’ll take the lead on employee relations matters, supporting operational leaders and site teams with investigations, performance management, and issue resolution.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on people-facing challenges, values process integrity, and can operate with confidence and discretion.

The Role
In this hands-on position, you'll be the first point of contact for workplace relations inquiries, conducting investigations, gathering information, and supporting managers with feedback and performance matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct workplace investigations, including interviewing employees and witnesses
• Prepare reports and summaries of findings for review by the HR Manager
• Assist with resolving performance, conduct, and behavioural matters
• Support Project Managers in delivering corrective actions and formal feedback
• Promote compliance with Fair Work and internal workplace policies
• Provide trusted HR support to leaders across multiple project teams
• Attend site as needed for investigations – flexibility for occasional short-notice travel is essential

About You

• Strong experience in employee and industrial relations
• Confident communicator able to manage sensitive conversations
• Skilled in conducting and documenting formal investigations
• Thorough understanding of Fair Work legislation and HR processes
• Able to work autonomously while collaborating closely with HR leadership
• Comfortable supporting both blue- and white-collar teams
• Adaptable and willing to travel to site on short notice where required

The Offer

• Permanent full-time position - Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week
• Salary up to $120,000 + super (depending on experience)
• West Perth location with ad hoc site travel
