Our client specialises in the installation of electrical services including LV-HV cable installation, conduit installation and strata and commercial development.

Due to winning an exciting project within Coogee, they are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to help lead and coordinate a team of 5 - 10 workers. 

Site Supervisor
Monday to Friday, fulltime working hours
Coogee Project Location
Estimate duration 3 – 4 month contract
$50 - $55 hr + superannuation + penalties


Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be required to lead and supervisor a team of 5 - 10 workers. Duties include:

• Manage the performance of direct labour and subcontractors and provide mentoring and training.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Interpret and apply compliance documentation to the relevant work activity to ensure specifications, project requirements and health and safety requirements are met.
• Plan for labour and material requirements, identifying potential risks to productivity and relevant contingency plans.

 
What do you need to be successful in this role?

• Minimum 2 years proven experience as a Site Supervisor. Ideally, on similar civil electrical work projects (including LV-HV cabling)
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• High level analytical and problem-solving skills
• C Class Drivers License and Construction Industry White Card
• Full working rights
• Cert IV Supervision (Civil / Construction etc)
