Position: Permanent, Full-Time (38 hours/week)
Salary: $90,000 + Super (dependent on experience)
 
About Us
Our client is a leading architecture practice in Western Australia, known for innovative and stylish buildings. Due to way of growth they are now seeking a dedicated Senior Bookkeeper who will work closely with Management to ensure smooth financial operations.
 
The Role
Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor multiple accounts and maintain accurate financial records
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Handle fortnightly payroll and support tax and superannuation compliance
• Prepare regulatory reports and ATO/State Revenue returns
• Assist with investigation and reconciliation of prior transactions

What is required of me:

• Diploma in Accounting (or equivalent experience)
• At least 5 years of experience in Australian accounting/bookkeeping
• Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with ATO, EOM, and Australian Payroll is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities
