About you:
  
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Dispatch / Warehouse All-Rounder to join a friendly, inclusive, and dynamic team. Must Haves:  

• Current forklift license with strong experience.
• Ideally hold or be working towards a Certificate III in Warehousing/Logistics (support available)
• A team player with a proactive and can-do attitude
• Competent with basic computer/admin tasks
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a process driven environment

  
Key Responsibilities  

• Forklift Operation (Toyota 3-tonne counterbalance)
• Receive pallets of finished goods from production, label and shrink-wrap (using palletiser)
• Scan and receive stock into the inventory system using RF/barcode scanners
• Load and unload trucks
• Pick stock and prepare deliveries
• Unload pallets of board from the external warehouse
• Perform stock takes and ensure accurate inventory records
• Liaise with external warehouses (3PL) for pick-up and delivery coordination
• Communicate with internal warehouse teams to ensure timely supply of packing materials to production
• Print pick lists, load sheets, and driver dockets

  
Hours and Pay:
  
You will be required to work Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern; 6:00am to 2:00pm; and 10am – 6pm and your hourly rate will be $35.20 + super.  Penalties payable should you work over 38 hours a week.
