Pearl Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator for our client, a well-regarded Civil and Mechanical Contractor servicing the mining and resources sector. Due to rapid growth, they are now seeking an organised and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to join their team.
 
Your Key Responsibilities:
 
You’ll play a crucial role ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations including:

• Conducting daily counts and stock audits
• Investigating inventory variances and providing detailed reports
• Performing inspections of incoming and outgoing stock for quality control
• Managing QA/QC processes and identifying damaged or non-compliant items
• Supporting the HSE Advisor with safety documentation and compliance requirements
• Potential site visits for inspections and stock management as required
• Liaising with internal teams and clients regarding inventory, returns and damages
• Providing accurate inventory updates and reports to key stakeholders

 
Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehousing and QA/QC coordination
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• A current driver’s licence and access to reliable transport
• A valid forklift licence
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Full Australian working rights

 
Details:
 
Location: Jandakot
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 + Superannuation
Hours: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Start: Immediate
Work Type: Full Time Permanent
