Our client is a market leading heavy construction company that operates on a national scale, with 2000+ employees across the country. As a result of ongoing growth and demand, they are currently seeking a Call Centre Manager to supervise their customer service team. 

What will this position entail?
This role will see you completing the below job duties:

• Managing customer service enquiries regarding any breakdowns or service problems. 
• Providing guidance to a strong team, ensuring customer jobs are followed up and scheduled in efficiently. 
• Develop, maintain & build strong customer relations. 
• Manage quotes, service estimates, warranty claims and other ad-hoc duties.

How can I be successful?

• Previous management experience, ideally within a heavy equipment or mechanical industry. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure a high level of customer service. 
• Ability to pass a full medical and drug and alcohol test.
• Full Australian working rights and available for long-term, full-time work.
