Our Client, a WA owned manufacturer and supplier to the construction and building industry, are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join their Finance team on a contract to permanent basis.    
 
The Role:
Located in South Guilford, your role will see you responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, maintaining supplier relationships, and assisting in key month-end activities for multiple Perth-based manufacturing sites.   
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate entry, matching, and coding of invoices
• Ensuring appropriate approvals and purchase order compliance
• Reconciling supplier statements monthly
• Managing supplier queries and onboarding
• Supporting month-end finance processes
• Processing EFT payments
• Contributing to a safe and collaborative workplace 

To be successful you will need to demonstrate the following:   

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Intermediate - Strong MS Excel ability 
• Proficiency with ERP systems (eg: software is QAD)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Have full Australian working rights (sorry no holiday visa’s)

Hours & Remuneration:
This position will see you working Mon – Fri with full time and part time (school hours) considered starting from 9am. Initially commencing on a Labour hire agreement with the view to transition over to permanency after 3 months.  Whilst you are paid via Pearl your hourly rate will be between $41-$44 per hour (depending on experience). Once permanent your salary will be circa $70K + super (negotiable)
