Maintenance Scheduling Coordinator
Kewdale Location
$100,000 - $110,000 + Super (Based on Experience)

Our client is a leading distributer of construction equipment that operates on a national scale, with 1000+ employees nation wide.

Job Duties:

• Support the Heavy Truck Coordinator, Service Technicians, and customers with day-to-day issues
• Review and plan workshop jobs, prepare cost estimates, quotes, and oversee invoicing
• Plan and schedule maintenance for rental and customer heavy trucks
• Help improve truck performance and fleet efficiency through implementing strategies
• Work closely with customers to meet needs and solve problems

Requirements:

• Previous experience in supervising and planning within the heavy construction industry. 
• Excellent communication skills with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass a full medical and drug and alcohol test.
• Full-time working rights and available for an ongoing position.
