Pearl Recruitment are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager for our client, a growing industrial services and hydraulic equipment company based in Kewdale. They’re looking for a hands-on and organised manager to take control of warehouse operations and help streamline processes as the business grows.

This is a full-time, permanent role reporting directly to the General Manager. You’ll be responsible for leading warehouse activities across inventory, dispatch, freight, and stock control, while also identifying opportunities to tighten up processes and drive efficiency.

• $95K – $120K + super (based on experience)

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing daily warehouse operations including stock control, order dispatch and freight coordination
• Managing incoming/outgoing goods, inventory accuracy and system updates
• Identifying and implementing improvements in warehouse processes
• Leading warehouse staff and liaising with workshop and service teams
• Using ERP systems to manage and track inventory (Netsuite is a bonus)

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management
• Experience working in a busy industrial or mining supply environment
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
• ERP system knowledge (Netsuite highly regarded)
• Forklift licence and valid C class driver’s licence
• Background in spare parts or mining equipment is preferred
• Full Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• Ability to pass a full medical, drug and alcohol screening
