Based in the northern suburbs of Perth, our client is a highly regarded manufacturer of industrial mining and processing equipment. Due to sustained business growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join their growing team.

The Role:
The role will see you leading by example, overseeing a team of 5 warehousing team members. Main duties include but are not limited to:

• Task delegation to ensure accurate and punctual receival of goods and despatch of orders
• Overseeing all aspects of inventory management including stock reconciliations, storage optimisation, forecasting adjustments and variance investigating  
• Coordination of freight management and logistics 
• Continuous improvement of the warehouse  
• Supervision, training and skill development of team
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner as required
• Usage of ERP system Microsoft NAV 

To be successful, you will need the following:

• Minimum 5 years proven experience within a similar warehouse management role (within a similar industrial/mining environment is highly advantageous)
• Current forklift license (LF/LO)
• Good computer literacy and competency with ERP systems (ideally Microsoft NAV)
• Hold a current driver’s license and have reliable vehicle
• Be physically fit and able to pass a pre-employment medical including regular drug & alcohol screens
