Senior Project Manager | London | Up to £120,000 + Package

Can you run the project and take full ownership of the commercials?

A workplace Design & Build business is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead fit-out projects from pre-construction handover through to completion.

You’ll own the programme, manage the client and coordinate the delivery team. Crucially, you’ll also have responsibility for budgets, procurement, variations and the final commercial outcome.

This would suit a Contracts Manager or Senior PM who has already managed the money on their projects.

What you’ll be doing:

• Planning and delivering CAT A and CAT B fit-outs
• Managing site teams, subcontractors and procurement
• Leading client meetings and resolving delivery issues
• Controlling costs, forecasting and protecting margin
• Agreeing variations and closing out final accounts
• Maintaining safety, quality and programme standards

You’ll need a proven D&B fit-out background, strong technical knowledge and the confidence to make decisions when projects get demanding. Experience managing concurrent schemes would also be valuable.

Up to £120,000 plus package, based in London.
