Commercial Office Design & Build | Windsor | Revit based
Your first few years in design should give you the chance to learn from talented people, contribute your own ideas and see a clear path ahead.
Joining this commercial workplace design team, you’ll work with a fantastic Head of Design who is committed to helping you develop. You’ll have strong mentorship, regular guidance and support to build your confidence, take on more responsibility and progress.
You’ll assist Senior Designers on live office projects, gaining experience across concepts, space planning, presentations and design development. It’s a chance to strengthen both your creative and technical skills, understand the thinking behind design decisions and see how ideas become finished workplaces.
The role:
- Support Senior Designers with concepts, layouts and design development
- Produce and update drawings and models in Revit
- Help prepare client presentations, mood boards and material palettes
- Research finishes, furniture and products that bring the design together
- Work with the wider project team, learning how designs are coordinated and delivered
- Take on increasing responsibility as your skills and confidence grow
About you:
You’ll be a junior interior designer with a portfolio that shows your creativity, spatial awareness and attention to detail. An interest in commercial workplace design and a willingness to learn will be essential.
You’ll already have practical Revit experience and be comfortable using it to develop your work. This is a Revit based team, so you’ll need a foundation to build on.
You’ll be open to feedback, happy to ask questions and keen to contribute. In return, you’ll have people around you who will invest time in your development and help you see where your career can go.
