Senior Project Manager | D&B Office Fit-Out | London | £110K + Package 

We’re working with a leading Design & Build contractor who are looking to strengthen their delivery team with an experienced Senior Project Manager.

This is an opportunity to take genuine ownership of high-value workplace projects, working across the full delivery lifecycle and alongside experienced Pre-Con, Commercial, Design and Technical teams.

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you’ll take responsibility for delivering CAT A and CAT B office fit-out projects up to £15m, managing the programme, client relationship and wider project team from pre-construction through to completion.

You’ll have strong visibility with clients and consultants, whilst having the autonomy to make decisions and drive projects forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of high-value CAT A & CAT B workplace projects
• Take ownership of programme, quality, budget and overall project performance
• Manage relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholders
• Work closely with Pre-Con, Commercial, Design and Technical teams
• Lead and coordinate project teams throughout delivery
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard
• Support the development of junior members of the delivery team

About You

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a strong background in D&B office fit-out.

You’ll ideally have:

• Proven experience delivering CAT A and CAT B workplace projects
• Experience managing projects up to £15m
• Strong client and consultant management skills
• A solid understanding of the D&B delivery process
• Excellent commercial and programme awareness
• The confidence to lead projects and make decisions independently
• Strong communication and leadership skills
