PRE-CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

A leading Design & Build contractor is looking to strengthen its Pre-con team with an experienced Pre-Construction Manager.
Working across high-quality commercial office fit-out projects, you’ll be involved from early-stage tender through to project handover, working closely with clients, consultants, designers and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing tenders from enquiry through to handover
• Developing build strategies, programmes and cost plans
• Managing client and consultant relationships
• Supporting design development and value engineering
• Working closely with the delivery team to ensure a smooth project transition
• Commercial office CAT A & CAT B fit-out experience
