Our client is one of London's most respected commercial fit-out contractors, recognised for delivering some of the capital's most prestigious CAT A and CAT B projects. With an enviable reputation, robust internal processes and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint a Technical Project Director to help secure the next generation of flagship projects.

This is a role for an experienced Project Director who thrives at the front end of projects. Whether your background is in Design & Build or Traditional fit-out, you'll use your technical expertise, commercial awareness and ability to build trusted client relationships to win work that genuinely enhances your portfolio.

Unlike many work-winning positions, there is no expectation to bring an established client network. The business already has a proven lead generation strategy, with qualified introductions passed directly to you. Your focus will be on developing relationships, understanding client requirements and converting opportunities into secured projects.

What you'll be doing

• Leading technical and commercial discussions with prospective clients.
• Using your pre-con and project delivery expertise to add value throughout the bidding process.
• Building long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Working closely with internal pre-construction and delivery teams to develop winning proposals.
• Securing high-profile CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects across London.
• Representing a contractor known for delivering some of the most sought-after commercial projects in the market.

What we're looking for

• A proven Project Director within the commercial fit-out sector.
• Experience delivering either Design & Build or Traditional fit-out projects.
• Strong technical knowledge across pre-con and project delivery.
• A commercially minded individual who enjoys developing client relationships and winning work.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
