Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including Commercial and Ministry of Education projects
• Analyse tender documents and specifications to determine the scope of work
• Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather cost data
• Assist in the preparation of tenders and bids
• Monitor and control project costs during the construction phase
• Ensure all estimates align with budget constraints and project timelines

About You:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost structures
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with estimating software and other relevant tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
