Our client is one of Auckland’s fastest-growing commercial painting specialists, and we're on the lookout for skilled Commercial Painters and an experienced Painting Supervisor Lead to join our clients expanding team.

PAINTING SUPERVISOR – STEP UP & LEAD In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll take charge of painting operations across commercial and industrial sites – managing crews, coordinating with clients, and ensuring top-quality finishes every time.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading teams of 4–14 painters across large-scale projects
• Quality control, site coordination, and H&S management
• Communicating with clients and project managers
• Periodically jumping on the tools when needed
• Organising resources, materials, and timelines

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial painting (supervisory or leading hand level)
• Valid Site Safe and Working at Heights tickets
• Full NZ driver’s licence and own transport
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• HSE-focused with a keen eye for quality

Pay Rate: $35–$45 p/h (depending on experience)
Potential for vehicle allowance once managing multiple projects.

COMMERCIAL PAINTERS – QUALITY TRADESMEN WANTED We’re also looking for reliable, professional painters with a passion for delivering a quality finish on high-end commercial and industrial jobs.

We’re after people who:

• Have solid experience in commercial, high-rise, or industrial painting
• Take pride in their work and finish to a high standard
• Are team players with a strong work ethic
• Hold a Site Safe and Working at Heights (or willing to obtain)
• Have reliable transport and legal right to work in NZ

Pay Rate: $35–$40 p/h (based on experience)
