Our Client

A well-established, nationwide company providing premium painting, maintenance, and refurbishment services is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead growth in Auckland. With a strong reputation in the industry, they partner with body corporates, industrial clients, and schools to deliver high-quality solutions.

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You’ll have a $2M+ annual sales target and will need to be proactive in identifying and converting leads. This includes cold calling, networking, and meeting with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.

The Expectations & Experience Needed

• Have a proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in construction, trade, or property services.
• Be confident in cold calling and building relationships from scratch.
• Have experience working with body corporates, industrial clients, or schools (preferred but not essential).
• Take pride in your work, be passionate, and genuinely care about delivering quality service.
• Be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently to achieve targets.
