About the client:
Our client is a national leader in HVAC, fire, and essential services, delivering technical solutions across commercial, retail, industrial, and government sectors. Due to continued growth, they're looking for a hands-on, commercially savvy Account Manager to lead service delivery across a dedicated portfolio in Western Australia.
In this role, you'll oversee a high-performing team of technicians, team leaders, and coordinators, driving performance, safety, financial outcomes, and client satisfaction.
About the role:
- Lead and support a team of technicians and service staff to deliver high-quality HVAC maintenance and service.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring strong service delivery and satisfaction.
- Monitor performance across key financial and operational metrics including revenue, GP%, and productivity.
- Ensure all safety procedures and compliance standards are upheld across your team.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and drive additional revenue through value-add services.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and national operational processes.
What you’ll need to bring to the table:
- Minimum 5 years in the HVAC industry, ideally with experience leading service teams.
- Strong commercial acumen, you understand the numbers and how to drive them.
- A natural leader with the ability to inspire and engage a diverse technical team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Working knowledge of WHS compliance and systems (Safety is non-negotiable).
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with service systems (Pronto experience a bonus).
