We’re working with a well-established electrical contractor who’s big on quality, relationships, and delivering top-tier projects across Auckland. They’re on the hunt for an Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial fit-out jobs – with the odd high-end residential project thrown in too.
This isn’t just about pushing paper. They need someone who knows their stuff on-site and off – someone who can front up with clients, keep delivery sharp, and lead a strong team by example.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing multiple commercial fit-out projects across Auckland (and the odd residential one too)
• Working closely with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Overseeing budgets, timelines, and quality – no corners cut
• Leading and motivating a crew of sparkies and TAs
• Getting stuck in when needed and staying hands-on with the technical side

What we’re after:

• Able to run electrical projects – ideally in the commercial fit-out space
• A solid understanding of NZ electrical standards and site practices
• Confident dealing with clients, consultants, and site teams alike
• Strong organisational skills – can juggle multiple jobs without dropping the ball
• Leadership that earns respect, not just a title
