The opportunity:
As a Flooring Estimator, you will play a key role in ensuring our projects are accurately costed and executed. You will be responsible for evaluating client needs, measuring spaces, and providing precise estimates for flooring materials, labour, and project timelines. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and expertise in the flooring industry will be essential to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare cost estimates for flooring projects, including materials and labour.
• Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Manage multiple projects, maintaining deadlines and budgets.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of flooring materials, installation methods, and industry trends.

About You:

• Proven experience in roofing estimation with a strong understanding of construction materials and methods.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in costings.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
• Highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
