The Role:
As Branch Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our vision forward across Tauranga and Hamilton. You will lead a dynamic team 30 staff across two offices, setting the direction for business growth, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership: Inspire and lead a high-performing team, empowering them to deliver innovative and high-quality projects.

• Project Management: Oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and the highest quality standards.
