As an Inventory Administrator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of incoming stock. Your role will be critical in maintaining stock accuracy, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders
• Update inventory systems and maintain accurate records of stock levels
• Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
• Organise and label incoming goods for efficient warehouse storage
• Generate reports on stock movement and discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Support general warehouse administration tasks as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
• Proficient in Microsoft office systems including Excel 
• Good communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and stock control
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude
