Lynx recruitment are partnered with two reputable main contractors who are looking for a skilled Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their Tauranga teams
  
About the Role
As a key member of their team, you will:

• Perform accurate measurements 
• Responsible for procurement of subcontractors, claims and variations
• Lead tendering processes - residential and commercial roles available
• Manage claims, including processing variations and issuing payment claims.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years working as a Quantity Surveyor in New Zealand.
• Skills: Strong background in contract administration, measurement and tendering, with roles available with both residential and commercial contractors
• Communication: Highly proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Bonus Skills: Prior experience with consultant QS work (feasibility studies, insurance estimates, bank-related projects) is advantageous but not mandatory.
