Are you an experienced Fire Alarm Project Manager looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a proactive leader to manage fire alarm system projects across commercial and industrial sites. About the Role As a Fire Alarm Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of fire alarm installation and upgrade projects. You will coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with New Zealand fire safety regulations.

What You’ll Do

✅ Manage fire alarm system installation and upgrade projects from start to finish
✅ Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure efficient delivery
✅ Ensure all work complies with NZS 4512 and other relevant regulations
✅ Coordinate with clients, engineers, technicians, and subcontractors
✅ Conduct site visits, risk assessments, and quality control checks
✅ Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
✅ Troubleshoot technical challenges and provide expert guidance
✅ Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting

What We’re Looking For
✔️ Proven experience managing fire alarm or related projects
✔️ Strong knowledge of NZ fire safety regulations and building codes
✔️ Technical expertise in fire alarm systems and electrical installations
✔️ Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills
✔️ Strong leadership and communication abilities
✔️ Relevant qualifications in fire protection, electrical, or project management
✔️ Full, clean NZ driver’s licence
