We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Workshop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our high-end Auckland workshop. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage workshop operations to ensure top-tier service, efficiency, and quality workmanship.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of skilled technicians and apprentices.
- Schedule and allocate jobs to maximise productivity and meet client expectations.
- Uphold the highest standards of health & safety and compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, particularly to our discerning high-end clientele.
- Oversee stock management, parts ordering, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry and manufacturer standards.
What We’re Looking For: ✔ Proven experience managing an automotive workshop, ideally in the high-end or luxury vehicle sector.
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
✔ Trade qualification in automotive mechanics (preferred but not essential).
✔
Valid Warrant of Fitness (WoF) Inspector licence. ✔ Knowledge of workshop management systems and industry regulations.
✔ Ability to manage workflow, deadlines, and the expectations of premium clientele.
✔ A proactive, solutions-driven attitude with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
✔
Full New Zealand working rights (NZ citizenship, residency, or valid work visa). ✔
Full NZ driver’s licence.
