About the Role:

In this role, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day property management, ensuring seamless tenant and client relationships, optimizing rental income, and overseeing leasing, compliance, and facilities management. From handling lease negotiations to coordinating service contracts, you’ll play a key role in delivering top-tier property management services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and tenant relationships
• Manage property budgets, income, and expenditure reports
• Ensure regulatory compliance, including health & safety standards
• Coordinate maintenance, security, and service contracts
• Collaborate with leasing agents, landlords, and finance teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in commercial property management
• Strong financial and lease negotiation skills
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work autonomously and make strategic decisions
