About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant - Digital Marketing, you’ll be key to connecting top-tier talent with our leading clients. This full-time position offers the chance to develop long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, making a real impact in the sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Source and screen high-quality candidates to ensure an ideal match with client requirements.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to successful placement.
• Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to stay ahead in the market.
• Deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates alike.
• Achieve and exceed recruitment targets individually and as part of our team.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience in recruitment or sales, ideally within digital marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport.
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle complex situations.
• Proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and databases is a plus.
• Passion for the recruitment industry and a drive to excel.
