ABOUT THE ROLE

Lynx Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our people-centric team in Auckland CBD.

As a Recruitment Consultant - Data Analytics, you will play a crucial role in sourcing top talent for our clients within the technology sector. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

What you'll be doing

• Actively engage with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
• Source and screen high-quality candidates to match client requirements.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to successful placement.
• Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and candidates.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team recruitment targets.

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in a recruitment or sales role, preferably within the data analytics industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and databases.
• A passion for the recruitment industry and a drive to succeed.
