Your Impact: Our client is seeking a Project Manager with commercial construction experience to join their team. You’ll oversee projects from inception to completion, and with a strong project pipeline, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to many exciting future projects.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead project financial planning and setup
• Collaborate closely with other project and site managers to master construction methodologies
• Oversee tender management
• Manage subcontractor claims and administer variations
• Finalize cost reporting and reconciliations
• Prioritize health, safety, and environmental standards
• Engage with clients and conduct site visits
