THE COMPANY

Our Client is a respected leader in the civil engineering sector, renowned for delivering innovative solutions in piling, ground stabilisation, anchoring, and Geotech. THE ROLE

Our client is looking for a candidate with a Civil Engineering background who can consult with clients on projects and tenders, as well as effectively sell their products to these businesses. The ideal candidate will come from a contracting background and will have hands on experience in piling, ground stabilization, anchoring, and Geotech or other forms of foundation engineering

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in alignment with Our Client's strategic goals.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and industry partners.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals that showcase Our Client's capabilities.
• Actively participate in tender processes, leading the tender submission process.
• Develop pricing strategies and ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering and project teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil projects, with a strong focus on piling, ground stabilization, anchoring, and Geotech.
• Experience in tender chasing and preparing detailed tender submissions.
• Capability to provide consultation on civil engineering plans
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Competitive base salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
