Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to step up to Associate Director, or perhaps you are already an Associate level and looking for a change!

We're looking for a seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor or an Associate Director to join a leading cost management consultancy (PQS) firm based in Auckland. With flexibility for the right candidate, our client is open to experienced professionals in both Auckland and the Christchurch region.

Your New Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Associate Quantity Surveyor Director to join our client's team. In this senior leadership role, you will manage the financial and contractual aspects of large-scale construction projects while providing strategic guidance to their growing team. This is a unique opportunity for someone with strong quantity surveying expertise and leadership skills to contribute to high-profile projects and play a key role in the company's long-term growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong background in commercial or industrial Quantity Surveying, with experience in financial and bank reporting being a major advantage.
• Solid track record across both pre- and post-contract work.
• Someone that can bring value with a good network
• Proficiency with CostX software

Your Benefits:

• Salary circa $180,000 - $240,000k (flexible on salary, based on experience and the value you can bring)

What You Need to Be Successful

• Have previously work at a senior level in professional firm
• Tertiary Qualifications in Quantity Surveying
• Demonstrated ability to lead and guide a team
• Responsive to client needs and able to meet business deadlines
• Clear and concise communication skills with clients and colleagues
• Willingness to work collaboratively for the benefit of the entire company
